FRIENDS FACTOR NO.1
Did you ever have a new student in your class? If so, you might want to make her feel like home. Whether it's an exchange student, or a new student, most people loves to make jokes out of them. But others think they're cool and won't let other people be friends with them except they're gang. Don't let them bug you. Just tell them that it'll be nice if the student was friends with everyone. Boy, does that sounds familiar!

And if that student seems like she's stealing your BFF, try to be friends with the student too. You guys can be a cool trio! (Just make sure you all get along real well)

                                                                      CHAPTER 1

It was yet, another day at school. Although I was only in Grade 1, school seems fun to me- well, almost. So far, I met two friends. They're really nice. One of them was a teacher's daughter. We spent almost all the time together. But not only was the other girl my 'friend', she was my first and only bully. Everyday, I had to bring back her homework and do it for her. I was a shy girl at that time so I never stood up for myself or tell anyone about it. I had no idea why I still considered her as a friend. Anyway, one day while there wasn't any teacher in the class, we played and did anything we want- as usual. But suddenly, somebody shouted "Teacher's coming! Teacher's coming!,"- as usual. And, everyone whispered loudly ,"Teacher is coming! Teacher is coming!" as they scattered back to their places and sat.- as usual. When the teacher came in, the monitor stood up and said, "Stand up! Good morning teacher.", and everyone followed him.- as usual. And as the teacher came in, she said, "Good morning class, you may sit down."- as usual. But, when she did, she gestured at someone outside the class to come in- NOT usual! "Class, I'd like you all to meet Chee So Cool, she's new." Everyone stared at the girl as she waved softly. To me, nothing's so special about a new student so I took a glance at her and went back doodling in my note book. The teacher told Chee So Cool to sit down at the back which Chee did immediately. Then she said, "Alright class, open your text book page fifteen." And THAT was usual.

Just as everyone said "Thank you teacher," and she was out of sight, my 'friend' asked, "Hey, let's go and meet the new girl!" I just looked at her and said, "I'm not in the mood. You go first." Then my 'friend' shrugged and said "Well, whatever you want." she went off as all the girls (except me) crowded Chee. "Hi!," someone said. "I'd love to be your friend!," an other said. "Let's sit together during recess!," on of them said. "You're so pretty!," others said. I just roll my eyes at them. "When she's not 'new' anymore she won't be treated like that again," I thought. I mean, what's the big deal? I was running out of idea of what to draw and think that I'll just take a walk. I was bored so I went over at Chee's table. Just as she saw me, she smiled sweetly at me. And I didn't know why but I managed a smile. I immediately liked her. I turned and smiled to myself. "A good start," I thought.
Friends come and by, that's for sure. Well, at least that's what my mother always tells me. I love friendship. It's a... one of my sources of life! : p Anyway, sometimes that's the saying I hate most. Why? To me, friends will always stick by you no matter what! Okay, it actually depends on what kind of friend you have.
